Brun de Vian-Tiran has received the prize for the Most Beautiful Family Business in the World. This prize is awarded by an association of 12 European family enterprises renowned for their tradition and excellence, “Primum Familiae Vini”, some of whose histories go back to the Renaissance. Judging candidates from all activities and continents, the association assesses not just the family-run aspect, but also the passing on of outstanding know-how, a high insistence on ethics and eco-responsibility, and an on-going policy of innovation.

 

In receiving this prize, Brun de Vian-Tiran sees the recognition of 215 years of efforts, particularly the perseverance of our predecessors in the context of the recent decades that have been so challenging for our industrial sector in France. It rewards not just the 8 generations of family management, but also the entire sustainable ecosystem surrounding our factory, from the animal breeders to the designers and from the factory workers to our faithful customers, handing down our fabrics from parents to children.
