DELIVERY

Your order is processed within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment (excluding weed-ends, public holidays, annual closures and excluding made-to-measure items) and is sent directly from our Manufacture in l’Isle- sur-la-Sorgue.
In order to provide you with a fast and secure service, we chose to entrust your parcel to recognised providers:

COLISSIMO :

  • Colissimo for deliveries in metropolitan France, Switzerland, Monaco and Andorra. The delivery time is of 72 hours and your parcel will be handed over to you against a signature directly at your delivery address (place of residence or workplace). If you are absent during the delivery, the parcel will be left at the nearest post office and a delivery notice will be posted in your mail box to enable you to pick up your parcel up. In this case remember to bring your identification card with you. Your parcel will be kept at the post office for 10 days only, at this period expiry the parcel will be sent back to us and you will be charged for the forwarding fees.
    Switzerland: delivery by Colissimo within 10 days or Fedex within 4 business days

For deliveries in Switzerland and Andorra, prices are tax excluded (French tax excluded) and taxes applied in the delivery country are at the expense of the customer, the same applies for other taxes and custom duties.

FEDEX :

  • FEDEX for the rest of the world. The delivery time is of 2 to 6 days depending on the delivery address and your parcel will be handed over to you against a signature. In case you are absent UPS will come back later to deliver your parcel, if you are still absent the parcel will be sent back to our Manufacture (in France). In this case, you will be in charge of the forwarding fees. Therefore we would like to draw your attention to the fact that it is important to write on your order a delivery address where you are present during day time or where you can assure someone will be able to receive your parcel.

The shipping fees depend on the weight/volume ratio and on the country in which the delivery is made.
The amount will automatically be added to your order in the “delivery mode” step, before you choose your mode of payment.
For deliveries outside the European Economic Community, prices are tax excluded (French tax excluded) and taxes applied in the delivery country are at the expense of the customer, the same applies for other taxes and custom duties.

RETURN

If you received your item in the wrong size or if it does not satisfy you, you have fourteen days to send it back to us starting from the following day of the item’s reception. Your right of retraction applies on every item bought on our website.

Specially made or made-to-measure items, or items which have already been used and cleaned cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will send you a return document by email to print so that once the contact has been established with our Customer Service you will be able to send the item(s) back to us. The item(s) must be carefully folded in their original packaging and accompanied by the return document.

You will be in charge of the forwarding fees of the item, in France as well as overseas.

Upon reception of the item we will check it and proceed to the exchange or refund, according to your desire, as soon as possible.
