Maintenance guide
It is not necessary to wash your fabric before its first use, nor throughout its life.
However, we recommend that you ventilate and remove dust, as well as protect it from repetitive rubbing (for example, avoid putting a throw on a seat) and animals (which could damage it).
If you stain your fabric, we recommend taking it to the dry cleaners for a dry wash (making it clear to them that it is a wool product).
It is therefore essential to show, when you drop off your blanket or duvet at the dry cleaners, the white care label (sewn under the red Brun de Vian-Tiran label on one side of the article), so that it is properly taken care of.

THE TERROIR AND KNOW-HOW SCARF
Over 30 years of collaboration with Mérinos d'Arles Antique® breeders to redevelop the finest wool in the northern hemisphere, exclusive to Brun de Vian-Tiran. Nearly 10 years of partnership with France's leading industrial design school, ENSCI-Les Ateliers, to create stunning capsule collections. The excellence of the French wool industry is brought together here, from breeder to designer, demonstrating that Brun de Vian-Tiran is a responsible and caring ecosystem with a promising future.
The students at ENSCI were inspired by the Arles region, from the Alpilles to the Camargue, where historic crops such as olives and rice flourish side by side with the precious, unspoilt nature of the Crau, Europe's last steppe where sheep graze, and the Camargue coastline. Eight colours have been imagined: black "taureau", blue "Rhône", pink "Marais salant"... and so four pure fabric plaids have been created, without any finishing touches: "Olivier", "Graminée", "Aube" and "Embrun", which are also available as plaids.
The ultimate expression of the terroirs and know-how that Brun de Vian-Tiran has carried for more than two centuries..
